We leverage psychometric assessments to determine personal characteristics (personality analysis), strengths & weaknesses of individual students apart from identifying their career interest areas. An expert would analyse this data, creates a detailed report and facilitates two-hour detailed discussion. We do not leverage computational tools completely. Rather we would have human intervention – an expert would manually analyse the data before provide adequate inputs.
