Very well spacing of modules where discussion started with self discovery and ends with career options. The first step... of self discovery infuses confidence within student by getting to know their personality, which area's they are good at, which area's they need to work on, and they can do lot more than they are thinking about them. Again the change in students behavior or what final career to chose etc.. will come over period of time but the session gives student/ parent starting point on setting short term goals and then arrive at career options progressively. This gave us couple of career options based on students capability, which is going to help my daughter to set her goal.read more
